Author Guidelines

Research Edge and Publication (REP) welcomes the submission of original scholarly books, monographs, edited volumes, conference proceedings, research-based academic works, and interdisciplinary publications from authors, academicians, researchers, professionals, and institutions worldwide. Submissions should present high-quality, innovative, and well-structured academic content that contributes significantly to research, education, and scholarly communication across disciplines including science, technology, engineering, management, medical sciences, social sciences, humanities, law, commerce, education, computer applications, and emerging interdisciplinary fields. All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and ethical integrity of their work, including proper citation of references, permissions for copyrighted materials, and compliance with academic publishing standards.

Manuscripts should be prepared in clear academic English using professional formatting standards. Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts in editable document formats such as Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx). The title page should include the title of the work, author names, institutional affiliations, contact details, abstract, keywords, and acknowledgments where applicable. Citations and references should follow internationally accepted referencing styles such as APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE, or discipline-specific formats consistently throughout the manuscript. Tables, figures, images, and illustrations should be of high quality and properly labeled. Authors should ensure that all data, charts, and graphical materials included in the submission are original or used with appropriate permission.

All submissions undergo an editorial evaluation and peer review process to assess academic quality, originality, relevance, structure, ethical compliance, and contribution to the field of study. REP supports both open access and subscription-based publishing models and aims to provide global visibility, discoverability, and academic impact for published works. Accepted publications may receive international standard identifiers such as ISBNs and may be included in indexing, metadata, and digital archiving systems developed and supported by the platform. Authors are encouraged to provide complete metadata and accurate submission information to facilitate indexing, discoverability, and international dissemination of their work. By submitting to REP, authors agree to comply with the publication ethics, editorial policies, and copyright requirements established by the press.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration by another publisher, journal, or publishing platform.
  • The manuscript is original, plagiarism-free, and all sources, references, figures, tables, and quotations have been properly cited and acknowledged.
  • The submission falls within the scope of multidisciplinary academic and scholarly publications supported by Research Edge and Publication (REP).
  • The manuscript file has been prepared in an editable format such as Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) and follows appropriate academic formatting and citation standards.
  • The title, abstract, keywords, author details, affiliations, and references have been included where applicable.
  • All authors listed in the submission have approved the final version of the manuscript and consent to its submission for editorial and peer review evaluation.
  • Any copyrighted materials, images, datasets, illustrations, or third-party content included in the submission have appropriate permissions for use and publication.
  • Tables, figures, graphs, and supplementary materials are properly labeled and provided in suitable quality for publication.
  • The author agrees to comply with the editorial policies, ethical guidelines, copyright requirements, and publication standards of Research Edge and Publication (REP).
  • The author understands that all submissions may undergo editorial screening, plagiarism checking, peer review, and formatting evaluation before acceptance for publication.
  • The author agrees that metadata and publication information may be used for indexing, discoverability, cataloging, and digital archiving purposes.
  • The submission complies with all applicable research ethics, institutional guidelines, and international standards for scholarly publishing.

By submitting work to Research Edge and Publication (REP), authors confirm that the submitted manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere unless clearly disclosed during submission. Authors certify that they hold the necessary rights to the content submitted and that all copyrighted materials, figures, tables, images, data, and third-party content included in the work have been used with proper permission and acknowledgment where required.

Authors retain responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, and ethical integrity of their work, including compliance with academic standards, plagiarism policies, research ethics, and applicable copyright laws. By submitting their work, authors grant Research Edge and Publication (REP) the non-exclusive right to review, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, archive, index, and promote the submitted content in print, electronic, and digital formats for scholarly communication and academic dissemination purposes.

For accepted publications, authors may be required to agree to additional publication terms, licensing policies, or copyright arrangements depending on the selected publishing model, including open access or subscription-based publication. REP reserves the right to perform editorial modifications, formatting adjustments, metadata processing, indexing, and digital preservation activities necessary for publication and long-term accessibility.

Authors also acknowledge that the publisher may assign identifiers such as ISBNs and may include publication metadata in indexing systems, repositories, library catalogs, and academic discovery platforms to enhance visibility, citation, accessibility, and scholarly impact. Submission of a manuscript indicates full agreement with the editorial policies, ethical guidelines, and copyright requirements established by Research Edge and Publication (REP).
